 Our club is located in Sopot one of the most prestigious cities in the heart of "Polish Riviera". Sopot is a seaside resort on the Baltic Sea, between Gdańsk and Gdynia, in the natural centre of the Tri-City’s nearly one-million agglomeration and the Pomeranian province, a place of rest and recreation, regarded as the summer capital of Poland.
All along the 4.5 km Sopot coastline there are clean and sandy beaches along which are scattered water slides, water and beach equipment rental shops. Europe’s longest wooden pier (511.5 m) juts out from Sopot beach. It is a place for strolls and festivities, but also the harbour of tourist passenger ships and water taxis and the site of numerous competitions such as the Sailing World Championship, Windsurfing Baltic Cup, Polish Cup and Sopot Triathlon.
For lovers of active leisure Sopot can offer such attractions as: the country’s biggest complex of tennis courts where satellite tournaments are held, 2 indoor swimming pools, four sports stadiums, horse-racing tracks, walking and cycling paths. North of the pier exit there is the Summer Theatre, the famous Grand Hotel with its casino, the lighthouse and Rheumatological Hospital offering treatments and rehabilitation as well as the mushroom-shaped fountain with diluted brine drawn from St. Wojciech’s source.
